A couple of weeks prior to your wedding date we would recommend you finding a tote and start adding the list below to the tote. We have been asked to supply these items at one time or the other during a wedding at the ranch. Don’t assume the venue will have these items to lend.
We truly was asked once if they could borrow my wedding ring for the ceremony since they forgot theirs.
- Duck Tape
- Ext. Cords Lots of them.
- Straight pins and safety pins
- Can Opener
- Bring Taps for the kegs of beer/barrels
- 16 oz. cups for the beer not 12 oz. they don’t work as good
- Table clothes and Linens if not provided by the venue.
- Extra Trash Liners-for your use like food/decorations
- Scissors
- Knife
- All Decorations
- Rings – Brides bouquet
- Tampons
- Band Aids, Medications
- Plates, cups, and napkins
- Snacks and drinks for the bridal party while dressing
- Water for guest
- Bug Spray
- Lint Brush
- Hair Spay, make up, hairpins, veil
- Pantyhose, slips, dress, garters
- Bouquets
- Spoons for serving food dishes on buffet line
- Camera and Video Camera
- Aspirin, medicines, inhalers
- Everything for your cake table.
- Iron and ironing board
- If the venue allows showers bring you own towels, shampoo
- All contracts you have with vendors
- Marriage License
- Back up tape of all your wedding songs & video.
- Camera for the fun behind the scene.
- Wedding party gifts
- Tip & vendor envelopes with checks ready
- Your departure outfits and any honeymoon suit cases.
- Don’t forget your airline tickets, passports.
- Written out speeches you may be making during the reception.
- Club soda, it gets red wine out of dresses.
